Organizational performance largely depends on the presence of satisfied and committed employees. Knowing more about faculty members intent to leave with relation to organizational climate is important to develop general guidelines to improve the pertinent organizational climate factors that are found to be laking in the organizations.Organizational Climate Organizational climate is a concept of employees attitude and feelings towards their organization which has great impact towards their working ways and contributions in consequence organizational climate causes orga nization performance because this relates directly to employees satisfaction and commitment towards organization.
